System Components \ Separators and Filters Built to Spec for Your Dust Collection and Conveying System
The components that move air through your system are only as effective as the separation and filtration equipment at the end of the line. Environmental Pneumatics fabricates separators and filters in-house, sized and specified to integrate with your full system, not sourced from a catalog and adapted after the fact.
Key Highlights:
- Separators and filters fabricated in-house to your system’s airflow and material specs
- Retrofit filtration available for existing cyclone separators and receiver installations
- Components engineered for your system, not sourced from a catalog
What System Components Does Environmental Pneumatics Fabricate and Install?
Separation and filtration are the two stages where most system performance problems originate. Environmental Pneumatics engineers both component categories as part of every system design, matching separator type to your material and filtration to your discharge and compliance requirements.
Separators
Cyclone separators in 12, 14, and 16-gauge steel handle medium-to-coarse particulate with OSHA-approved access ladders, handrails, and walkways. The Inclone® zero-pressure receiver separates scrap using gravity and centrifugal force with no rotary airlocks, no conveyors, and no moving parts between the separator and the baler feed chute.
Filters
Pulse jet baghouse filters, cartridge filters, and drum filters capture fine dust at the discharge of conveying and collection systems. Internal and after-filters retrofit to existing cyclone separators and receivers. Compressed air reverse-jet filters install with any existing separator configuration.

Why Do Industrial Facilities Specify Environmental Pneumatics Components for Their Systems?
Off-the-shelf separation and filtration equipment is sized to average conditions. Environmental Pneumatics specifies every component to your actual airflow volume, material bulk density, and regulatory discharge requirements, then fabricates and installs it as part of a complete engineered system.
- In-house fabrication of cyclone separators to 12, 14, and 16-gauge steel specification
- Retrofit filtration upgrades bring existing scrap systems into EPA and NFPA compliance
- Single-source accountability from component specification through installation and final commissioning
Start With a Site Evaluation
Most dust and scrap problems are visible to a trained eye. The issue is that most vendors never bother to look — they quote from a desk and ship a catalog product.
Our engineers come to you. Walk the floor with you. And tell you exactly what they see.
- On-site visit at your facility
- Dust source, airflow & scrap recovery gap analysis
- Compliance exposure review (OSHA / NFPA / EPA)
- Written summary of findings — no obligation

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a cyclone separator and the Inclone® receiver?
A cyclone separator uses centrifugal force to remove medium-to-coarse particulate from the airstream; the Inclone® is a zero-pressure receiver that drops material directly into the baler feed chute with no moving parts or airlocks.
Can Environmental Pneumatics add filtration to an existing separator system?
Yes, internal and after-filters can be retrofitted to most existing cyclone separators and receivers to meet current EPA and NFPA requirements.
What filter types does Environmental Pneumatics install?
Pulse jet baghouse filters, cartridge filters, and drum filters are available, selected based on your dust characteristics, airflow volume, and discharge compliance requirements.
Are components sold separately or only as part of a full system?
Components are engineered and installed as part of a complete system design; Environmental Pneumatics does not sell separation or filtration equipment as standalone catalog items.
