Although individual plants within the same industry may use the same production equipment, the answer for each plant can often be quite different.

Although individual plants within the same industry may use the same production equipment, the answer for each plant can often be quite different.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility includes capabilities for cutting, shaping, bending, and forming all metal types for the construction of components that may be necessary for the installation of the systems that we design.
Our fabrication shop utilizes a 6,000-watt laser CNC system, 260-amp High Definition CNC Plasma Cutter, and 1/4" plate shear for material cutting. We use a 175-ton and 250-ton CNC press brake for forming. We have multiple plate and sheet roller machines that handle material as heavy as 3/4-inch and down to as light as 24 gauge. Our shop has ironworking, beading, crimping, and pipe-bending machines. We have multiple welding machine platforms, Mig, Tig, Stick, and Laser, that allow us to weld various materials for your specified system.
Employees
Ep, shop employees are skilled in forming, fitting, and welding various metals required for fabrication; mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, abrasion-resistant steel, and aluminum.
Testing
Ep, Inc. systems and components are quality-checked at the factory before the field installation. Separator/Receivers, Filters, and other system components are test fit at the factory before shipment.
