What We Do
Environmental Pneumatics Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in designing, fabricating, and installing custom pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems. Ep designs systems for paper, grain, wood, plastics, and other industries. We specialize in recovering waste products for recycling and use as alternative fuels.
The production and processing of paper, board, grains, steel, and plastics create dust that may be hazardous and scrap materials that are recyclable or usable as alternative forms of energy. Our pneumatic systems will automate removing dust and scrap products from the production area, allowing the work area to be environmentally clean and the machinery to operate continuously without the constant interruption of manual cleaning. The pneumatic systems transport the waste to a separator where the air and refuse are separated. The separated product is baled or packaged for recycling or reuse as an alternative fuel. The filtered air is then either exhausted to the atmosphere or returned to the facility as allowable; for many industries, collected and recyclable products can provide a significant secondary profit center.

Design
After initial contact and discussions, an Ep, Inc. sales engineer will visit the job site to evaluate your current operation and discuss your needs with the plant personnel involved with project management.
Individual industries have specific applications requiring different approaches to solve scrap material recycling and disposal problems.
Engineering
Product and system engineers gather information on your job site. We research previous equipment applications and projects to develop the most effective means to address the client's needs.
